“Liu Xintao’s new painting seems to depict the desolate and barren landscapes of an extraterrestrial planet. Most crucially, he incorporates visual elements reminiscent of wormhole motion to introduce seemingly out-of-place fragments of the human world into the composition. The term “breaking the dimensional barrier” originally referred to the interaction between the two-dimensional virtual world and the three-dimensional real world, but it has since evolved to describe the fusion of different fields and social circles. Against the backdrop of contemporary physics and societal realities, Liu Xintao employs the techniques of rupture and fragmentation to connect previously unrelated landscapes, creating a sense of layered spatial penetration. Through this, he strives to break the dimensional wall between known and unknown space-time.”

1992 Graduated From Sichuan Fine Art Academy with Bachelor Degree
Currently Teaching at Leshan Fine Art Academy as Vice-professor
